Freestyle & Abstract

“Shooting from the Hip”

This is a category of photography is rather unique to Ken. Art directors who have worked with him, learn to trust his eye for creating artistic abstracts. These images are often used for trade show displays, background imagery and transitional art which can help define a category in an abstract way.

Setting Ken off to freestyle shoot without art director input and without a plan can result in the creation of very emotive and stunning imagery. Clients often find these the most striking images in their library. One client has been using them as decor in their corporate headquarters, filling walls with oversized outputs and painting corresponding walls in complementary colors.
